Gothic Antique Chandeliers

Gothic chandeliers will have elements of the old Gothic or International Gothic style.  Gothic art developed out of a medieval art movement in France in the mid 1100s.  By the 1300s, it had evolved from a stiff style to a more natural style known as International Gothic.

Traditionally, Gothic art will have archways, trefoils, and grotesque ornamentation, exemplified by the famous Gothic cathedral, Notre Dame.  Much of Gothic art has intricate details, which are seen in Gothic style chandeliers as well.
